Pricing of SaaS Online Version
Version Description
The number of accounts and users in the following documents refers to the number of Baidu AI Cloud accounts that can log in to Sugar. In Sugar, multiple users can share the same Sugar. For more information, see Sugar Organization. The permissions of different users can be controlled in the organization in detail.
There are several SaaS online versions of Sugar:

Experience Version of Large Screen
It performs the basic function of large screen making and is applicable for individual users. It cannot perform the report feature.

Basic Version
It offers the basic feature of the large screen and report and can be used for up to 3 accounts. It is applicable for individual users and mini entrepreneurial teams.

Premium
It includes all features and is applicable to multiple enterprise accounts (at least ten accounts).

Number of extensible large screens
The publicly shared large screen can be separately purchased for Premium only (including encrypted sharing). 500 CNY/large screen. It can be permanently used in the Sugar organization after one purchase. For example, users purchase Premium for 8,400 CNY/year and spend 3,000 CNY to purchase 6 extensible large screens. After that, users only need to renew Premium for 8,400 CNY/year, and no payment is required for the number of extensible large screens again. Each Sugar organization can purchase up to 80 extensible large screens.
Upgrading and Renewal
You can upgrade and renew the purchased Sugar organization in the Baidu AI Cloud console. The organization cannot be degraded.
Arrears Handling
Before the expiration of purchased Sugar organization, we send an email and SMS notification to remind you for renewal in time. If you do not renew the service after expiration, we stop the service. At that time, your large screen and report is inaccessible. However, we retain the data for 7 days. You can renew the service again within 7 days. After renewal, the service is available, and the previous large screen and report are retained. If you still do not renew the service within 7 days after expiration, we delete the organization after 7 days, all contents in the organization are deleted, and the previous large screen and report are unrecoverable.
For a 30-day free trial, we stop the service after expiration. We retain the data for eight days, and you can pay within eight days. After payment, the service is available, and the previous large screen and report are retained. If you still do not pay within eight days after expiration, we delete this trial organization after eight days. Thus, all contents in the organization are deleted, and the previous large screen and report are unrecoverable.
