Role management
Role is a group of users with the same permissions. It is more convenient to manage user permissions through role. The space administrator can enter role management through the management center in the left side bar of the space:

New role
Click the "new role" button in the upper right corner to create a new role. Once the role name is confirmed, it cannot be modified:

Bind users to roles
In the second tab of the pop-up box, you can add user in this space to the role. When selected, these users will have all permissions for this role:

Assign permissions to roles
In the third tab of the pop-up box, you can set which reports can be accessed by users in this role. The permissions here are only valid for non-public reports, and public reports are open to all users in this space.

Edit role
Similar to adding roles, you can edit the permissions of users and roles that belong to this role.
Report tree permission control
In report space settings, you can open the option of "directory only displays reports with permission" so that ordinary users other than administrators can only see reports with permission in the report directory on the left column after entering report space.
